1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

2. Payment Authorization

  • By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method

  • For subscription/recurring products: You authorize automatic recurring charges until cancellation

3. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors (even after order confirmation)

4. Billing Disputes

  • Disputed charges may result in order cancellation

  • For billing issues, contact us before disputing with your bank to avoid account suspension

5. Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

  • You'll receive an email notification to update payment details

  • Orders unpaid after 48 hours will be automatically cancelled

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

  • Bank processing times may vary (PayPal refunds typically appear fastest)

7. Subscription Services

  • Recurring charges will continue until you cancel

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before next billing cycle

8. Fraud Prevention

We may:

  • Request additional verification for large orders

  • Cancel orders that fail our fraud checks

  • We never store full credit card numbers on our servers
